Pankracy Zajonc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrianinho Meirelles, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Adrianinho Meirelles's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pankracy Zajonc firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cai Yuan Yuan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vasco Goycochea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. If Adrianinho Meirelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 29 minutes into the match, MZ Fénix's goalkeeper Pankracy Zajonc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrianinho Meirelles. The audience was convinced that Oliverios Gayangos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pankracy Zajonc was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adrianinho Meirelles to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's goal looked a bit too open when Cai Yuan Yuan came free, but Vasco Goycochea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th match minute, MZ Fénix was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vygantas Petrošius to maneuver through the defense. Vygantas Petrošius kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Pankracy Zajonc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mai Bin Kuan's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute, Cai Yuan Yuan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MZ Fénix fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Adriano Toscano made in the 69th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by MZ Fénix's Tomasz Waldoch. Vasco Goycochea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexandre Valido in the 75th minute. Tomasz Waldoch hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ made a substitution. Carlos Ancelotti replaced Ronaldo Cosme. A collision led to MZ Fénix getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Tomasz Waldoch hit a great ball. Pankracy Zajonc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mai Bin Kuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the game, Tomasz Waldoch threw the ball into play from the sideline. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Izydor Ogrodowicz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexandre Valido in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vasco Goycochea saved ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ from getting behind. In the 87th minute, Alexandre Valido ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vasco Goycochea was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. When ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Mai Bin Kuan in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the final whistle sounded MZ Fénix left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ.
