Bahía é Carnaval's Mickael Wuyts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Bahía é Carnaval from getting a goal against them. Mickael Wuyts didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fırat Çakıroğlu went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 12 minutes into the match, Bahía é Carnaval's goal looked a bit too open when Fırat Çakıroğlu came free, but Mickael Wuyts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Vila Industrial FC's Fırat Çakıroğlu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Fırat Çakıroğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mickael Wuyts read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Vila Industrial FC's attentive Marcus Piper managed to snatch the ball when Domenico Galdi made a throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game. César Boldrini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Demario in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, one of Bahía é Carnaval:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 3-0 came in the 27th minute when Fırat Çakıroğlu all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Mickael Wuyts. Fırat Çakıroğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mickael Wuyts having to interfere. When Fırat Çakıroğlu came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Vila Industrial FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fırat Çakıroğlu couldn't finish the play. Mickael Wuyts was a little too slow when Fırat Çakıroğlu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

52 minutes into the match, Bahía é Carnaval's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Ramos came free, but Mickael Wuyts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacinto Rosio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. César Boldrini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fırat Çakıroğlu scored 5-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mickael Wuyts, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vila Industrial FC's Marcus Diniz was substituted for Fırat Çakıroğlu. Vila Industrial FC made a substitution. Pang Yang Yong replaced David Beckham. In the 65th minute, Marcus Diniz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mickael Wuyts was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Marcus Diniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Mickael Wuyts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bahía é Carnaval made a substitution. Ciro Playo replaced Conrado Cambranes. In the 82nd minute, Enrique Leite ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mickael Wuyts was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Mickael Wuyts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Diniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bahía é Carnaval's Mickael Wuyts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pang Yang Yong in the 86th minute of play. If Enrique Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bahía é Carnaval players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Vila Industrial FC.
