The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Segundo Marques hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Constantino Lorien took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Oskar Alegren. Karl-Oskar Alegren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Siro Umbruso notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of WSM FC's Karl-Oskar Alegren. Karl-Oskar Alegren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 23 minutes into the match, Porongal's Constantino Lorien sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karl-Oskar Alegren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ludwig Johnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Nuno having to interfere. Flavio Nuno came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by WSM FC's Robert Petersson. But to his dismay, Robert Petersson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Robert Petersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Nuno having to interfere. Flavio Nuno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Oskar Björklund in the 36th minute of play. Robert Petersson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Nuno having to make a save. Flavio Nuno made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Robert Petersson sent off a good shot on target. If Constantino Lorien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Börje Wassenius kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Siro Umbruso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Siro Umbruso scored 1-3 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl-Oskar Alegren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Flavio Nuno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Oskar Björklund in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, WSM FC's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Lorien came free, but Karl-Oskar Alegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Porongal's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Oskar Björklund came free, but Flavio Nuno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Siro Umbruso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Oskar Alegren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Robert Petersson struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Flavio Nuno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for WSM FC. Benicio Theobald charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benicio Theobald the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benicio Theobald hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Per-Oskar Björklund in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavio Nuno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Porongal walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
