Mugla JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berkem İlkay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Lincoln City fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Lincoln City's Konstanty Kicia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 15th match minute, Mugla JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Erdem Ayvazoğlu to maneuver through the defense. If Konstanty Kicia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jedrzej Fujarczuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Erdem Ayvazoğlu in the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Varol Mazhar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jedrzej Fujarczuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eser Bilge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tytus Skwira, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 26th match minute, Mugla JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eşref Öztimur to maneuver through the defense. Jedrzej Fujarczuk was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Ahmet Erdem Ayvazoğlu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ahmet Erdem Ayvazoğlu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Kıraç Celvets short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Jedrzej Fujarczuk to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 36 minutes of play, Lincoln City's Tytus Skwira made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eser Bilge was left in no man's land by his defense there! Klement Domamir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lincoln City were furious when Adam Bochinski was red carded, 46 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 45th minute, one of Lincoln City:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lincoln City.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ahmet Erdem Ayvazoğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. Jedrzej Fujarczuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Varol Mazhar in the 52nd minute of play. In the 56th minute Ahmet Erdem Ayvazoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jedrzej Fujarczuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Klement Domamir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Eser Bilge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Lincoln City booed when Mugla JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mecnun Pınar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute, Ahmet Erdem Ayvazoğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. After a rather tough play, Mugla JK's Kıraç Celvet got a free kick in the 84th minute. Konstanty Kicia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Eser Bilge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Tytus Skwira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lincoln City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mugla JK the free kick.
