Roland Záhoran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, A4p FC Gad's Olimpiu Târlea got control of the ball when Roland Záhoran tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th minute, Roland Záhoran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olimpiu Târlea was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Roland Záhoran managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFK Petržalka's supporters rose to their feet, but Roland Záhoran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olimpiu Târlea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A4p FC Gad's Olimpiu Târlea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save A4p FC Gad from getting a goal against them. Luca Penaru lost his temper 25 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a defensive mix-up in A4p FC Gad's zone, Klement Dupal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olimpiu Târlea came out of the goal and Klement Dupal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 33 played minutes A4p FC Gad got a freekick which was hit by Horaţiu Arsenescu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bryan Reyna in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olimpiu Târlea saved A4p FC Gad from getting behind. Olimpiu Târlea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Záhoran, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Záhoran in the 39th minute of play forced A4p FC Gad's goalkeeper Olimpiu Târlea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olimpiu Târlea made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Klement Dupal sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Záhoran in the 53rd minute of play forced A4p FC Gad's goalkeeper Olimpiu Târlea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Sauer hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, Roland Záhoran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, A4p FC Gad's Hugo Fisher threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Petru Tărău, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 61 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Záhoran came free, but Olimpiu Târlea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, A4p FC Gad's Matei Filipoiu got a free kick in the 65th minute. A4p FC Gad's Iurie Sima was substituted for Matei Filipoiu. In the 67th match minute, A4p FC Gad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matei Filipoiu to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute of the match Miroslav Cupka sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olimpiu Târlea skillfully saved the ball. After 69 minutes, Felix Grigoroiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A4p FC Gad and the AFK Petržalka players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, A4p FC Gad's Felix Grigoroiu got a free kick in the 69th minute. The supporters of AFK Petržalka booed when A4p FC Gad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucrețiu Nastac didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roland Záhoran struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Olimpiu Târlea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFK Petržalka. When AFK Petržalka's Klement Dupal in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A4p FC Gad's goalie prevented a goal. Codrin Dragalina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olimpiu Târlea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klement Dupal in the 86th minute of play. Petru Tărău fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Fisher having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AFK Petržalka fully deserved thier win.
