This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Calistrat Madgearu as he didn't even see the shot coming. Calistrat Madgearu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Göransson in the 15th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in AC Mayonnaise's zone, Tiberiu Caramarin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ksawery Bondel came out of the goal and Tiberiu Caramarin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 20 minutes into the match, AC Mayonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Tiberiu Caramarin came free, but Ksawery Bondel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Messi got free with Calistrat Madgearu in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute, Tiberiu Caramarin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MIT fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 27th minute, Elias Tharaldsen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Mayonnaise fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Krister Örtlund hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Calistrat Madgearu made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Emanuel Messi sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rimas Ciparis in the 47th minute of play forced MIT's goalkeeper Calistrat Madgearu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Calistrat Madgearu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Messi in the 70th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Tiberiu Caramarin made a precise shot to the right of Ksawery Bondel. AC Mayonnaise's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. AC Mayonnaise's Simon Clementsson was substituted for Trey Coats. In the 90th minute Simon Clementsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calistrat Madgearu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AC Mayonnaise were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
