Oscar Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Håkan Kinnman having to interfere. Rogelio Hanni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Darko Kovačević in the 8th minute. İsmail Cem Kadrettin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rogelio Hanni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Håkan Kinnman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from King Batistuta in the 23rd minute of play. Rogelio Hanni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İsmail Cem Kadrettin in the 25th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Jacksonville 67's goal looked a bit too open when İsmail Cem Kadrettin came free, but Rogelio Hanni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rdth minute of the game Oscar Cruz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DOLAPGÜCÜ's Håkan Kinnman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tyson Tyson during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 37 minutes into the match, Darko Kovačević had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rogelio Hanni. Jacksonville 67's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Darko Kovačević was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Jacksonville 67's Tyson Tyson got a free kick in the 39th minute. Darko Kovačević recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Darko Kovačević fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Hanni having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Darko Kovačević stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oscar Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Håkan Kinnman having to interfere. King Batistuta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Håkan Kinnman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Darko Kovačević struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Rogelio Hanni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DOLAPGÜCÜ. DOLAPGÜCÜ's Håkan Kinnman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Cruz in the 76th minute of play. Rogelio Hanni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İsmail Cem Kadrettin in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Cruz in the 84th minute of play forced DOLAPGÜCÜ's goalkeeper Håkan Kinnman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Taci Enginsoy hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Rogelio Hanni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İsmail Cem Kadrettin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacksonville 67's King Batistuta got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jacksonville 67 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for DOLAPGÜCÜ.
