Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gregorio Quintero started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nunez Gipuzkoa during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 4 played minutes Cobresal got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Gipuzkoa. Enrique Enoch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danilo Diaz de Valdes in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Rafael Maria Píriz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cobresal's Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Maria Píriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cobresal's Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Maria Píriz in the 13th minute of play. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Rafael Maria Píriz. But to his dismay, Rafael Maria Píriz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Cobresal's Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Goicoechea in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, Cobresal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Ignacio Allard to maneuver through the defense. José Ignacio Allard charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Ignacio Allard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. José Ignacio Allard kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Bautista Marcó left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 29 played minutes Cobresal got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Quintero. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Goicoechea in the 39th minute of play. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Goicoechea in the 40th minute of the match. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Maria Píriz in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd match minute, Cobresal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arneil Kurth to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Cobresal's zone, Bautista Marcó stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea came out of the goal and Bautista Marcó tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th minute, Alfonso Goicoechea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael Maria Píriz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Maria Píriz in the 53rd minute of play forced Cobresal's goalkeeper Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Maria Píriz in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Chile booed when Cobresal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Diaz de Valdes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrique Enoch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaitano Valdovinos, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Andolín Duvauchelle replaced Gaitano Valdovinos. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chile's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dino Scapini was slow to take the kick. During this time Cobresal's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Cobresal's Arneil Kurth getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio-Paul Pirinchev in the 75th minute. In the 79th minute of the match Chile got a corner. Cobresal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bautista Marcó ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Chile's Bautista Marcó to fire away a dangerous shot which Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Cobresal's goalkeeper Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rogelio Mendiola. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ervigio Ojeda in the 82nd minute of play forced Cobresal's goalkeeper Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Mendiola in the 84th minute of play. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ervigio Ojeda in the 89th minute of the match. With a little luck, Cobresal's Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea got control of the ball when Claudio-Paul Pirinchev tried to sneak it across the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Claudio-Paul Pirinchev notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Cobresal's Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rogelio Mendiola who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
