Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lazarus Setlaba took the kick off in the first half of the match. Freddie Wanani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Eleazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After some careless play in the U21 South Africa defense, Horacio Eleazar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Freddie Wanani. The U21 South Africa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Freddie Wanani should have stopped the shot. Freddie Wanani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kacper Plucinik's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute Kacper Plucinik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddie Wanani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Horacio Eleazar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Freddie Wanani. U21 South Africa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Horacio Eleazar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sizwe Konza got free with Zbyszko Bugno in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the KKPN Baltyk Koszalin defense, Sizwe Konza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zbyszko Bugno. The KKPN Baltyk Koszalin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zbyszko Bugno should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute, Kacper Plucinik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KKPN Baltyk Koszalin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sizwe Konza during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sizwe Konza kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 27th minute Lazarus Setlaba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Bugno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, KKPN Baltyk Koszalin's goalkeeper Zbyszko Bugno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lazarus Setlaba. U21 South Africa's Johann Stoltz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 32nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Zbyszko Bugno but with some difficulty. Freddie Wanani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kacper Plucinik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the game, Brandon Liau was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. U21 South Africa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KKPN Baltyk Koszalin the free kick. Brandon Liau hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Fabian Ruszkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A nice corner shot did that Fabian Ruszkowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Freddie Wanani quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, U21 South Africa's Gary Konza got a free kick in the 41st minute. 44 minutes into the match, U21 South Africa's goal looked a bit too open when Jacek Dombrowski came free, but Freddie Wanani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Horacio Eleazar made a precise shot to the right of Freddie Wanani. U21 South Africa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. After the first half KKPN Baltyk Koszalin were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horacio Eleazar to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, U21 South Africa's goalkeeper Freddie Wanani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacek Dombrowski. U21 South Africa's Freddie Wanani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save U21 South Africa from getting a goal against them. Brandon Liau hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After having played for 56 minutes, Jacek Dombrowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KKPN Baltyk Koszalin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacek Dombrowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacek Dombrowski hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. KKPN Baltyk Koszalin's Kacper Plucinik got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67thth minute of the game Jacek Dombrowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 South Africa's Freddie Wanani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 68th minute, Johann Stoltz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Witold Wielgopolski hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in KKPN Baltyk Koszalin's zone, Lazarus Setlaba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zbyszko Bugno came out of the goal and Lazarus Setlaba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in U21 South Africa fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 76th minute. Penalty! In the 78th minute, KKPN Baltyk Koszalin got a penalty, and Andrzej Lodowy placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. In the 85th minute, Jacek Dombrowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KKPN Baltyk Koszalin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-6. In the 88th minute, Jacek Dombrowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, U21 South Africa's Meshack Cassim got a free kick in the 89th minute. Horacio Eleazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Freddie Wanani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in U21 South Africa's zone, Kacper Plucinik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Freddie Wanani came out of the goal and Kacper Plucinik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kacper Plucinik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Freddie Wanani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over KKPN Baltyk Koszalin could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than U21 South Africa throughout the match.
