The audience was convinced that Tomas Ciudad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dmytro Novak was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Oscar Montaña kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Dmytro Novak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Ciudad in the 37th minute of play. In the 51st minute, Tomas Ciudad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ciudad Tao FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 58th minute, but Dmytro Novak got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Flamengo FSCMZ hanging dry this time. Ciudad Tao FC made a substitution. Salomon Quaade replaced Güralp Orkun. Filipe Nascimento took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vincenzo Landa. Vincenzo Landa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After some careless play in the Ciudad Tao FC defense, Stefan Banaszak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vincenzo Landa. The Ciudad Tao FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vincenzo Landa should have stopped the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Flamengo FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Joakim Vennerlund came free, but Dmytro Novak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ciudad Tao FC's Salomon Quaade slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dmytro Novak. That made the score 2-3 after 81 minutes of play. Vincenzo Landa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Banaszak in the 85th minute of play. In the 89th minute Miron Zabel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dmytro Novak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dmytro Novak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salomon Quaade in the 92nd minute of the match. Dmytro Novak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salomon Quaade in the 94th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ciudad Tao FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
