Fjári Hellu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Craques fc the free kick. After a rather tough play, Fjári Hellu's Dýrmundur Guðjónsson got a free kick in the 8th minute. Deportivo Craques fc were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Fjári Hellu's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sidnei Vergílio took the corner. Giuseppe Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Unnar Fannarsson in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the match Fjári Hellu got a corner. Deportivo Craques fc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Haddur Gíslason ran over to the corner to take the kick. Van Nistelrooy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Elínmundur Kolbeinsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Van Nistelrooy slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 21st minute. Elínmundur Kolbeinsson was a little too slow when Van Nistelrooy got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 2-0. Fjári Hellu's Elínmundur Kolbeinsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Fjári Hellu from getting a goal against them. Danilo Salgado kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Deportivo Craques fc's Giuseppe Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geirharður Elmarsson in the 40th minute of play. A hard shot by Sidnei Vergílio from long distance, 43 minutes into the match, got Elínmundur Kolbeinsson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 47 played minutes Fjári Hellu got a freekick which was hit by Dýrmundur Guðjónsson. Deportivo Craques fc's Valdo Lucas was substituted for Van Nistelrooy. A collision led to Fjári Hellu getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Dýrmundur Guðjónsson hit a great ball. Valdo Lucas struck a weak shot in the 50th minute. Elínmundur Kolbeinsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Craques fc. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valdo Lucas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Valdo Lucas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elínmundur Kolbeinsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute of the match Deportivo Craques fc got a corner. Fjári Hellu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sidnei Vergílio ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Sidnei Vergílio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Elínmundur Kolbeinsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 57th match minute, Deportivo Craques fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radomil Zbydniowski to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute Valdo Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elínmundur Kolbeinsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kolbeinn Mánason recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute, Valdo Lucas made a precise shot to the right of Elínmundur Kolbeinsson. Fjári Hellu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Deportivo Craques fc made a substitution. Jimeno Urritz replaced Felipe Jaume. In the 75th minute, Sidnei Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elínmundur Kolbeinsson came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Craques fc's Valdo Lucas. But to his dismay, Valdo Lucas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdo Lucas in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elínmundur Kolbeinsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdo Lucas in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elínmundur Kolbeinsson saved Fjári Hellu from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Fjári Hellu's Dýrmundur Guðjónsson got a free kick in the 89th minute. Elínmundur Kolbeinsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdo Lucas in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute there was a penalty for Deportivo Craques fc. Radomil Zbydniowski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Elínmundur Kolbeinsson. 6-0. A sloppy throw-in by Dýrmundur Guðjónsson in the 99th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Deportivo Craques fc's Gilvan Porto. Deportivo Craques fc's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
