In the 16thth minute of the game Máximo Kirchner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Ruscova's Dominik Kosakowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Venancio Cristofol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umur Renan, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Unidad de Matanza's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Zachary Snaza scored to the left of an out of position Venancio Cristofol, making the score, 1-0. Máximo Kirchner struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Dominik Kosakowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unidad de Matanza. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ciro Cortez to strike the kick off in the second half. Dominik Kosakowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michal Stehno in the 52nd minute of play. Venancio Cristofol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zachary Snaza's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maarten Aelbrecht got free with Dominik Kosakowski in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A nice corner shot did that Waldemar Okopny got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dominik Kosakowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Maarten Aelbrecht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominik Kosakowski having to interfere. Unidad de Matanza made a substitution. Yannick Bartz replaced Máximo Kirchner. Unidad de Matanza's Lotfi Ziadi was substituted for Michal Stehno. Venancio Cristofol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Umur Renan in the 64th minute of the match. Dominik Kosakowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Bâru, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's Nestor Bâru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dominik Kosakowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 71 minutes into the game, Jens-Erik Forsberg threw the ball into play from the sideline. Nestor Bâru who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Dominik Kosakowski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dominik Kosakowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Yannick Bartz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unidad de Matanza's supporters rose to their feet, but Yannick Bartz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dominik Kosakowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Unidad de Matanza players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
