Silas de Andrade made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Aras Görkem Kaymaz sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Los Hornos's Silas de Andrade got control of the ball when Cai Yuan Yuan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dário Prada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mustafa Erhard hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Silas de Andrade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cai Yuan Yuan's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Pankracy Zajonc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dário Prada in the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Los Hornos's goal looked a bit too open when Cai Yuan Yuan came free, but Silas de Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pankracy Zajonc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dário Prada's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. It was a well-played corner which Jaime Veronica managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 26 minutes into the match, Los Hornos's goal looked a bit too open when Cai Yuan Yuan came free, but Silas de Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Cai Yuan Yuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silas de Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Jaime Veronica in the 32nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MZ Fénix's Tomasz Waldoch. After 32 played minutes Los Hornos got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Veronica. Cai Yuan Yuan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Silas de Andrade made a huge save. Silas de Andrade made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cai Yuan Yuan in the 36th minute. When Cai Yuan Yuan got free in front of the goal in the 41st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Silas de Andrade was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Dário Prada made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cai Yuan Yuan in the 54th minute of play forced Los Hornos's goalkeeper Silas de Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MZ Fénix's Vladimiro Granja got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. MZ Fénix's Alexandre Valido was substituted for Vladimiro Granja. Silas de Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cai Yuan Yuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Valido in the 76th minute of play forced Los Hornos's goalkeeper Silas de Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Los Hornos's Silas de Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cai Yuan Yuan in the 79th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Dário Prada took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Pankracy Zajonc to make any attempt to save it. Los Hornos's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
