The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, FC DAC 1904's Juli Alvarez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aureliano Dalmai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Goren in the 10th minute of play forced FC DAC 1904's goalkeeper Radoslav Zobor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 played minutes FC DAC 1904 got a freekick which was hit by Peter Černý. Jaime Goren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Radoslav Zobor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juli Alvarez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Aureliano Dalmai when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The attack was good, but when Desiderio Feliu in the 20th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Vladislav Kuba hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Peter Černý hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, FC DAC 1904's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Goren came free, but Radoslav Zobor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC DAC 1904's Juli Alvarez got a free kick in the 28th minute. Radoslav Zobor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Feliu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 played minutes FC DAC 1904 got a freekick which was hit by Peter Černý. A collision led to Mechita getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Esteve Mino hit a great ball. Juli Alvarez had several of the Mechita's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 39 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Aureliano Dalmai as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to Mechita getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jacobo Gumaro hit a great ball. In the 44th minute Desiderio Feliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslav Zobor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juli Alvarez to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Juli Alvarez made a precise shot to the right of Aureliano Dalmai. Mechita's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Jacinto Txatxu kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. When FC DAC 1904's Juli Alvarez in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mechita's goalie prevented a goal. Radoslav Zobor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Goren in the 65th minute. 69 minutes into the match, FC DAC 1904's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Feliu came free, but Radoslav Zobor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mechita's Aureliano Dalmai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juli Alvarez in the 74th minute of play. Jaime Goren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Radoslav Zobor having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Mechita's Jaime Goren got a free kick in the 80th minute. The supporters of FC DAC 1904 booed when Mechita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Frasquito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Radoslav Zobor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Feliu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaime Goren's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Radoslav Zobor firmly grabbed it by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC DAC 1904 had won after a very even match.
