When 唐兴兴 fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brondby IF's protests and gave 唐兴兴 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37thth minute of the game Aki Guardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brondby IF's 庞岚骏 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Brondby IF's 罗钢风 got a free kick in the 39th minute. Desportivo Lucca MZ's Emílio Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 雷思夕 in the 42nd minute of play. 庞岚骏 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aki Guardo in the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Emílio Fernandes was a little too slow when 严峰建 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 4-1. Desportivo Lucca MZ's Cássio Lima was substituted for Jeferson Rocha. A hard shot by 邱震浩 from long distance, 77 minutes into the match, got Emílio Fernandes's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 80 minutes into the match, Aki Guardo notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Brondby IF's 庞岚骏. 庞岚骏 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Noel Proença kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 89th minute Cássio Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 庞岚骏 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Desportivo Lucca MZ reached it.

It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Desportivo Lucca MZ had played much better football throughout.
