Prophecy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ÇAN SPOR the free kick. A collision led to Prophecy getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Xove Machicao hit a great ball. Efrain Romo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karol Teofila in the 7th minute of play. Efrain Romo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karol Teofila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Chucho Benitez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Efrain Romo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 19th minute, Ergin Hanbeyi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Efrain Romo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chucho Benitez's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. The audience was convinced that Chucho Benitez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Efrain Romo was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. In the 29th match minute, ÇAN SPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karol Teofila to maneuver through the defense. Prophecy's Alvaro Salsoro got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Prophecy's goalkeeper Efrain Romo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 41 minutes into the game, Rahim Akburç threw the ball into play from the sideline. Prophecy's Rodolfo Ponga quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rahim Akburç during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, ÇAN SPOR's Rahim Akburç got a free kick in the 44th minute. After the first half ÇAN SPOR were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 58th minute, Chucho Benitez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ÇAN SPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Efrain Romo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karol Teofila, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Chucho Benitez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Efrain Romo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Efrain Romo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alparslan Ruhsat, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Karol Teofila kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Efrain Romo. That made the score 1-8 in the 86 minute of play. In the 89th match minute, Prophecy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Bado to maneuver through the defense. Prophecy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Ye Yang scored to the left of an out of position Efrain Romo, making the score, 1-9. Ye Yang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Efrain Romo having to make a save. In the 96th match minute, Prophecy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Soto to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the match, ÇAN SPOR's Alparslan Ruhsat broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.
