Max Hybbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Spyros Skafidas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 7 played minutes Gotham City got a freekick which was hit by Malcolm Månsson. Gotham City's Max Hybbert got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Arman Drewitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Max Hybbert scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Spyros Skafidas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Koulis Vourlis kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ragnar Kjellbom in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Spyros Skafidas saved Green Hell F.C. from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Ragnar Kjellbom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Spyros Skafidas was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. A collision led to Gotham City getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Erik Strömberg hit a great ball. The supporters of Green Hell F.C. booed when Gotham City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Strömberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Spyros Skafidas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Kjellbom in the 39th minute of the match. Erik Strömberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Spyros Skafidas having to interfere. After 48 played minutes Green Hell F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Koulis Vourlis.

In the 54th minute Sakis Kefalas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Damm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jan Åman came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Gotham City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan Åman couldn't finish the play. Spyros Skafidas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Åman, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. With a little luck, Green Hell F.C.'s Spyros Skafidas got control of the ball when Ragnar Kjellbom tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner led to Gotham City's Ragnar Kjellbom getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When Erik Strömberg fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gotham City's protests and gave Erik Strömberg a yellow card for diving instead. After 71 played minutes Gotham City got a freekick which was hit by Erik Strömberg. 73 minutes into the match, Gotham City's goal looked a bit too open when Vassilis Ballas came free, but Ove Damm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ragnar Kjellbom in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Spyros Skafidas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ragnar Kjellbom scored 0-3 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Spyros Skafidas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jan Åman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Spyros Skafidas having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ragnar Kjellbom got free with Spyros Skafidas in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Spyros Skafidas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragnar Kjellbom in the 95th minute of play. The Green Hell F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gotham City were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
