Spectators: 7527 (Terracing: 5646, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kurt Tham got the match started through his kick off. When Gunnar Törnqvist came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Bajen Mucho FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gunnar Törnqvist couldn't finish the play. In the 8th minute, Bajen Mucho FF's Kurt Tham ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teofilo Federigo. Teofilo Federigo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Teofilo Federigo made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Wictor Ahlgren sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute of the match Bajen Mucho FF got a corner. Palermo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stig-Åke Uggstedt ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Stig-Åke Uggstedt almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Palermo's Teofilo Federigo did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Tham in the 15th minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Teofilo Federigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Palermo's corner Donato Vachon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ove Hjeltman quite easily take care of the ball. After 20 played minutes Bajen Mucho FF got a freekick which was hit by Leif Söderberg. Ove Hjeltman came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo's Donato Vachon. But to his dismay, Donato Vachon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Bajen Mucho FF booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Eguen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stig-Åke Uggstedt in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Teofilo Federigo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gunnar Törnqvist got free with Teofilo Federigo in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gunnar Törnqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Gunnar Törnqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teofilo Federigo. Palermo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gunnar Törnqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Teofilo Federigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Tham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Donato Vachon made a kick off. Bajen Mucho FF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stig-Åke Uggstedt in the 55th minute. Stig-Åke Uggstedt made a great header on Bajen Mucho FF's corner, it was just that Palermo's Teofilo Federigo managed to reach the ball for a save. Palermo's Teofilo Federigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Tham in the 63rd minute of play. Kurt Tham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Federigo having to interfere. Evert Gustafsson hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Rafael Hondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Evert Gustafsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ove Hjeltman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Gaufred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute Stig-Åke Uggstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Federigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Vachon kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. A collision led to Palermo getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Rafael Hondo hit a great ball. After 87 played minutes Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Ongile. If Håkan Alströmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teofilo Federigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wictor Ahlgren in the 91st minute of play. Leif Söderberg charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leif Söderberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bajen Mucho FF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! There was no doubt that Bajen Mucho FF were the better team. Bajen Mucho FF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
