Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. João Pedro Xavier started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Pedro Goiano in the 5th minute of play forced SRP-Laguna's goalkeeper Faustão Custódio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, SRP-Laguna's Léo Bertassi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Léo Bertassi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SRP-Laguna protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Léo Bertassi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 10th match minute, SRP-Laguna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léo Bertassi to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute Sérgio Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glauco Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Glauco Soeiro made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Ediberto Amorim sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the match, João Pedro Goiano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Faustão Custódio. SRP-Laguna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Pedro Goiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Matías Simão took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Faustão Custódio. Faustão Custódio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Faustão Custódio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedito Carvalho in the 37th minute of play. Ediberto Amorim struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Glauco Soeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SRP-Laguna. Nicolas Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustão Custódio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Pedro Goiano in the 42nd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Donato da Silveira to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Pedro Goiano in the 53rd minute of play forced SRP-Laguna's goalkeeper Faustão Custódio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, SRP-Laguna's goal looked a bit too open when João Pedro Goiano came free, but Faustão Custódio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato da Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Elite™- FC Galácticos's João Pedro Goiano got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Faustão Custódio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Pedro Goiano in the 80th minute of play. João Pedro Xavier scored 0-3 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Faustão Custódio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute Matías Simão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustão Custódio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sérgio Neves charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sérgio Neves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sérgio Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. A collision led to SRP-Laguna getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Sérgio Neves hit a great ball. When the match was over Elite™- FC Galácticos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SRP-Laguna throughout the match.
