Faustão Custódio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. SRP-Laguna's Faustão Custódio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kiur Veetamm in the 6th minute of play. Faustão Custódio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arne Õigus showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 7 minute of play. JK Shefid's Ennu Eluvee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sérgio Neves in the 11th minute of play. Ediberto Amorim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ennu Eluvee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ediberto Amorim in the 14th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Leonel Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Edson Palmeira fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SRP-Laguna's protests and gave Edson Palmeira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th match minute, JK Shefid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Härmo Roovik to maneuver through the defense. Georg Olt struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Faustão Custódio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JK Shefid. After 37 minutes of play, JK Shefid's Georg Olt made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Faustão Custódio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ennu Eluvee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walmyr Cavalcante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kiur Veetamm made a kick off. In the 54th match minute, JK Shefid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiur Veetamm to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of JK Shefid booed when SRP-Laguna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walmyr Cavalcante didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Donato da Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato da Silveira in the 64th minute of play forced JK Shefid's goalkeeper Ennu Eluvee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, JK Shefid's Ennu Eluvee got control of the ball when Walmyr Cavalcante tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Donato da Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Walmyr Cavalcante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SRP-Laguna's Faustão Custódio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Õigus in the 73rd minute of play. Ennu Eluvee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ediberto Amorim in the 76th minute of the match. After having played for 77 minutes, Ediberto Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SRP-Laguna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ediberto Amorim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SRP-Laguna's Faustão Custódio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kiur Veetamm in the 82nd minute of play. Anísio Sena's late challenge caught a JK Shefid's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anísio Sena helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd match minute, SRP-Laguna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anísio Sena to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, SRP-Laguna's Sérgio Neves got a free kick in the 85th minute. JK Shefid's Härmo Roovik got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sérgio Neves lost his temper 91 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of SRP-Laguna:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of JK Shefid:s goal. Härmo Roovik walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. JK Shefid's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
