The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Fausto Beltxe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vaios Evaggelliadis, 1-0. In the 10th minute, Saul Donzel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Malvinas Argentinas's Leonel Peter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Ranolfo in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Cordarryl in the 15th minute of play forced Tacheros OFF's goalkeeper Vaios Evaggelliadis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Tacheros OFF getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Samuel Raphael hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Jonas Cordarryl fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Vaios Evaggelliadis, passed just outside the right post. Jonas Cordarryl in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vaios Evaggelliadis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Tacheros OFF's Samuel Raphael got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Camilo Ranolfo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Leonel Peter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Cordarryl got free with Vaios Evaggelliadis in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The nice shot from Jonas Cordarryl in the 33rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Vaios Evaggelliadis had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Orlando Joey's late challenge caught a Malvinas Argentinas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orlando Joey helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Malvinas Argentinas booed when Tacheros OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Joey didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tacheros OFF's zone, Marco Basajaun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vaios Evaggelliadis came out of the goal and Marco Basajaun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonas Cordarryl scored 2-0 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vaios Evaggelliadis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fausto Beltxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vaios Evaggelliadis having to interfere.

The wind increased when Camilo Ranolfo made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Camilo Ranolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vaios Evaggelliadis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Cordarryl in the 55th minute of play. Malvinas Argentinas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Camilo Ranolfo scored to the left of an out of position Leonel Peter, making the score, 2-1. The Malvinas Argentinas fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Malvinas Argentinas's Jonas Cordarryl looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 71st minute, Marco Basajaun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 73 played minutes Tacheros OFF got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Raphael. After a rather tough play, Malvinas Argentinas's Venancio Nuno got a free kick in the 81st minute. Leonel Peter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ambrosio Fidensio, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Vaios Evaggelliadis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Cordarryl in the 92nd minute of play. Tacheros OFF's Samuel Raphael suffered a sore thigh after 94 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco Basajaun during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Malvinas Argentinas's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
