In the 18th minute, Chelsicha's César de Queirós seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed César de Queirós the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Chelsicha protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and César de Queirós had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Alfredinho Pereira made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Agustín Bieito sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Carlos Carneiro in the 24th minute of play forced Los Playmobil FC's goalkeeper Emanuel Illart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chelsicha eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
