After having played for 13 minutes, Elija Andres managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GreenUnited's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elija Andres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gartzen Pons who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Hilário Salgado when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of ADCR Loreto United FC booed when GreenUnited was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacindo Llantaron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xalbador Gamiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Queiroga, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Vítor Dantas struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Xalbador Gamiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ADCR Loreto United FC. Vítor Dantas took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xalbador Gamiz. Xalbador Gamiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Xalbador Gamiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Dantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Caiado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute of the match Horácio Parente sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xalbador Gamiz skillfully saved the ball. In the 41st minute Vítor Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xalbador Gamiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xalbador Gamiz came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by ADCR Loreto United FC's Vítor Dantas. But to his dismay, Vítor Dantas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Vicente Caiado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vítor Dantas to make the kick off. Jacindo Llantaron's late challenge caught a ADCR Loreto United FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacindo Llantaron helped the player get up and apologised. Jacindo Llantaron hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Dantas in the 58th minute of play forced GreenUnited's goalkeeper Xalbador Gamiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vítor Dantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xalbador Gamiz having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, GreenUnited's goalkeeper Xalbador Gamiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vicente Caiado. Vítor Dantas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vítor Dantas might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xalbador Gamiz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vítor Dantas ran back to his position shaking his head. 70 minutes into the game, Vítor Dantas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ADCR Loreto United FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GreenUnited the free kick. The supporters of GreenUnited booed when ADCR Loreto United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Dantas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th match minute, GreenUnited was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacindo Llantaron to maneuver through the defense. After 76 played minutes GreenUnited got a freekick which was hit by Jacindo Llantaron. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Lameirinhas in the 77th minute of play forced GreenUnited's goalkeeper Xalbador Gamiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Vicente Caiado managed to get in a good position for a shot. ADCR Loreto United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente Caiado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xalbador Gamiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Xalbador Gamiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Dantas in the 81st minute of play. If Emanuel Queiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 84 minutes into the match, ADCR Loreto United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Batista Liebana came free, but Hilário Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, ADCR Loreto United FC's Emanuel Queiroga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. After 90 played minutes ADCR Loreto United FC got a freekick which was hit by Benedito Coelho. ADCR Loreto United FC's Hilário Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gartzen Pons in the 91st minute of play. A collision led to GreenUnited getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Jacindo Llantaron hit a great ball. ADCR Loreto United FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
