BFC 1982's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mezh Team the free kick. The supporters of Mezh Team booed when BFC 1982 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Larra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmund Wieloch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Etxatxu in the 13th minute of play. In the 21st minute Hector Napier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Wieloch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Bordat made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Hipolito Florian sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Jurgi in the 28th minute of play forced BFC 1982's goalkeeper Abel Bordat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, BFC 1982's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Millan came free, but Abel Bordat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BFC 1982's Abel Bordat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Corderun in the 30th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mezh Team's Hipolito Florian got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Ambrosio Etxatxu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BFC 1982 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Edmund Wieloch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Corderall, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The BFC 1982 fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when BFC 1982's Inocencio Corderall looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Abel Bordat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Gustau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inocencio Corderall could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Edmund Wieloch made a huge save. After 57 played minutes Mezh Team got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Corderun. After a rather tough play, BFC 1982's Enrique Jakue got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Ricardo Gustau might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abel Bordat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardo Gustau ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Mezh Team's Edmund Wieloch got control of the ball when Inocencio Corderall tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hipolito Florian charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hipolito Florian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th match minute, Mezh Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hipolito Florian to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Augusto Bortzaioriz could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Edmund Wieloch however easily saved by the left post. Abel Bordat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Millan in the 75th minute of play. Inocencio Corderall's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Edmund Wieloch firmly grabbed it by the left post. Hugo Larra kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. BFC 1982's Abel Bordat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Jurgi in the 91st minute of play. Mezh Team were furious when Aureliano Egun was red carded, 94 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 93 minutes into the game, one of Mezh Team:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 95th minute there was a penalty for BFC 1982. Ambrosio Etxatxu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Edmund Wieloch. 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. BFC 1982 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
