Spectators: 7515 (Terracing: 5637, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ian Cerezo kicked off to start the match. Nilson Dracena came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Viento Norte FC's Santo Cutberto. But to his dismay, Santo Cutberto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Santo Cutberto scored 0-2 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nilson Dracena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Santo Cutberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilson Dracena having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Godofredo Benitez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson Dracena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nilson Dracena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Benitez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th match minute, SE Palmeiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Araújo to maneuver through the defense. Santo Cutberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SE Palmeiras's Nilson Dracena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Benitez in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Blanco in the 35th minute of play forced SE Palmeiras's goalkeeper Nilson Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Sendoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Augusto Luz in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, SE Palmeiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Fernando Aparecido to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the match, Santo Cutberto notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of SE Palmeiras's Nilson Dracena. Nilson Dracena was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ricardo Ciceron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Nilson Dracena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Viento Norte FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Santo Cutberto made a kick off. Nilson Dracena was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Santo Cutberto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Santo Cutberto really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. SE Palmeiras's Nilson Dracena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save SE Palmeiras from getting a goal against them. After 65 played minutes, Viento Norte FC's Ricardo Ciceron shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nilson Dracena came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Viento Norte FC reached it. Nilson Dracena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Cutberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SE Palmeiras's Nilson Dracena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Ciceron in the 69th minute of play. Godofredo Benitez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Nilson Dracena made a huge save. David Sendoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian Cerezo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the game, Ricardo Ciceron was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Viento Norte FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SE Palmeiras the free kick. Ricardo Ciceron hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. SE Palmeiras's Nilson Dracena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save SE Palmeiras from getting a goal against them. Ricardo Ciceron took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilson Dracena. Nilson Dracena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. Viento Norte FC played a much better game than SE Palmeiras and deserved their victory. The SE Palmeiras players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
