Jairo Vergílio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Natã Corrêa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Şneapotă having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Nae Bărboianu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Tavares in the 32nd minute of play forced Viola Invest's goalkeeper David Şneapotă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. New Miran FC were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Viola Invest's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Laerte Freitas took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Jonathan Calleri heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nae Bărboianu in the 36th minute of play forced New Miran FC's goalkeeper Jairo Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Bilașco kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Laerte Freitas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for David Şneapotă. Viola Invest's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Enzo Tavares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The New Miran FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Dorin Proca hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Nae Bărboianu made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Ionel Jupân dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jairo Vergílio, 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nae Bărboianu in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jairo Vergílio saved New Miran FC from getting behind. Enzo Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. David Şneapotă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ronaldo de Barros hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Viola Invest's Jairo Vergílio threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nae Bărboianu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. David Şneapotă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Tavares, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Florin Răducioiu's late challenge caught a New Miran FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florin Răducioiu helped the player get up and apologised. After 90 played minutes Viola Invest got a freekick which was hit by Florin Răducioiu. David Şneapotă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Tavares in the 92nd minute of the match. Viola Invest were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over New Miran FC's much stronger midfield.
