The score was now 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Matei Onaca dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lieven De Vleeschauwere, 2-0. fc eendenpad's Lieven De Vleeschauwere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matei Onaca in the 19th minute of play. Matei Onaca took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lieven De Vleeschauwere. Lieven De Vleeschauwere dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 23 minutes, Cazimir Pânzaru made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. fc eendenpad's Lieven De Vleeschauwere tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute, Cazimir Pânzaru reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lieven De Vleeschauwere. The goal made the score 5-0. 31 minutes into the match, fc eendenpad's goal looked a bit too open when Cazimir Pânzaru came free, but Lieven De Vleeschauwere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 played minutes Matei Onaca rounded fc eendenpad's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 6-0. Lorenzo Rijmenants received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Denis Ghee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lieven De Vleeschauwere was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 8-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lorenzo Rijmenants stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in fc eendenpad's zone, Horaţiu Corduneanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lieven De Vleeschauwere came out of the goal and Horaţiu Corduneanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 57 minutes into the game, Stiinta-Univ.'s Matei Onaca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The supporters of Stiinta-Univ. booed when fc eendenpad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position.
