Albérico Vilaverde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Birant Unan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th match minute, MO฿฿YN RANGERS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Wojton to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birant Unan in the 37th minute of play forced SC Braga's goalkeeper Albérico Vilaverde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Konstanty Soszka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albérico Vilaverde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

MO฿฿YN RANGERS's Radomil Pacholewski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alexandrino Bessa in the 53 minute of the game. 54 minutes into the game, Birant Unan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Albérico Vilaverde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
