The crowd rose to their feet as LegionArgentina's György Kósa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Patrick Recife. That made the score 0-6 after 63 minutes of play. Patrick Recife came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by LegionArgentina's Arnaldo Gabino. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Gabino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. 71 minutes into the game, LegionArgentina's Arnaldo Gabino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Recife made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. If György Kósa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. Eliseu Nóbrega hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. György Kósa might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patrick Recife. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. György Kósa ran back to his position shaking his head. LegionArgentina's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
