But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermegildo Jaunti couldn't finish the play. Blasco Macho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Herrera in the 14th minute of play. Saul Osoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Madureira in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Hartmann Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when György Kósa came free, but Blasco Macho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by György Kósa in the 23rd minute of play forced Hartmann Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Blasco Macho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling György Kósa in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blasco Macho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thanks to some nice moves Marcos Herrera could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Blasco Macho however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Hartmann Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Inácio Cunha hit a great ball. Gonçalo Madureira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Saul Osoitz having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by György Kósa in the 42nd minute of play forced Hartmann Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Blasco Macho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hartmann Futebol Clube's Blasco Macho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Hartmann Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. 47 minutes into the match, Hartmann Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Blasco Macho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnaldo Gabino. Arnaldo Gabino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Blasco Macho came out and tried to block the shot, but Arnaldo Gabino slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aloísio Lopez to strike the kick off in the second half. Rigoberto Lucero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Blasco Macho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blasco Macho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnaldo Gabino went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Saul Osoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aloísio Lopez in the 62nd minute of the match. Saul Osoitz made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Aloísio Lopez sent off a good shot on target. 69 minutes into the match, Hartmann Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Gabino came free, but Blasco Macho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, György Kósa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Blasco Macho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Hartmann Futebol Clube's Inácio Cunha got a free kick in the 75th minute. Blasco Macho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Herrera in the 79th minute of the match. After having played for 81 minutes, Marcos Herrera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LegionArgentina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcos Herrera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saul Osoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glauco do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When György Kósa fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LegionArgentina's protests and gave György Kósa a yellow card for diving instead. György Kósa kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Saul Osoitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Glauco do Nascimento in the 89th minute. After 91 minutes LegionArgentina's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aloísio Lopez who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Hartmann Futebol Clube's Glauco do Nascimento to a score. 5-2 in the 92nd minute. Blasco Macho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from György Kósa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hartmann Futebol Clube's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
