Zheng Di Sha started the match with the kick off. Hayri İlksen made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Herminio Benitez sent off a good shot on target. Samsunspor's Hayri İlksen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zheng Di Sha in the 8th minute of play. After 10 minutes, Romeo Goma mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carpathian Wolves and the Samsunspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Batuğ Keykubad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicodim Arghirescu having to interfere. Nicodim Arghirescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Batuğ Keykubad in the 14th minute of the match. Samsunspor's Hayri İlksen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Benitez in the 16th minute of play. Carpathian Wolves's Nicodim Arghirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cemal Erdurmus in the 17th minute of play. Hayri İlksen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zheng Di Sha in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Herminio Benitez lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Hayri İlksen. The crowd rose to their feet as Carpathian Wolves's Herminio Benitez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hayri İlksen. That made the score 3-0 after 32 minutes of play. Hayri İlksen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zheng Di Sha in the 40th minute of the match. A collision led to Samsunspor getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Celal Murathan hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Batuğ Keykubad in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicodim Arghirescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicodim Arghirescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vedat Orkun, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herminio Benitez got free with Hayri İlksen in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 48th minute, Herminio Benitez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hayri İlksen. The goal made the score 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Batuğ Keykubad made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Herminio Benitez made a precise shot to the right of Hayri İlksen. Samsunspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Batuğ Keykubad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Nicodim Arghirescu made a huge save. Celal Murathan kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Nicodim Arghirescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mehmet Hakkı Karadeniz in the 69th minute. A collision led to Samsunspor getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ahmet Ömür Akkın hit a great ball. Hayri İlksen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zheng Di Sha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the game, Carpathian Wolves's Zheng Di Sha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hayri İlksen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zheng Di Sha in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hayri İlksen saved Samsunspor from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, Zheng Di Sha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hayri İlksen. Samsunspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zheng Di Sha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Benitez in the 86th minute of play forced Samsunspor's goalkeeper Hayri İlksen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samsunspor's Hayri İlksen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Benitez in the 87th minute of play. Ahmet Gökalp Deveci hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Doru Opincaru charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Doru Opincaru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 90 played minutes Carpathian Wolves got a freekick which was hit by Doru Opincaru. Hayri İlksen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Benitez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 played minutes Samsunspor got a freekick which was hit by Vedat Orkun. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batuğ Keykubad in the 97th minute of play forced Carpathian Wolves's goalkeeper Nicodim Arghirescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Carpathian Wolves players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
