Hayri İlksen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Sebastian Kvernmo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hayri İlksen. That made the score 0-8 in the 78 minute of play. The supporters of Daustad booed when Samsunspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celal Murathan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Christian Liknes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Daustad's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Liknes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hayri İlksen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hayri İlksen made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Helge Fonnes sent off a good shot on target. In the 93rd minute, Christer Kaland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daustad's Idar Istad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cemal Erdurmus in the 95th minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Helge Fonnes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Daustad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Samsunspor the free kick. After 96 played minutes Daustad got a freekick which was hit by Helge Fonnes. With a little luck, Samsunspor's Hayri İlksen got control of the ball when Sebastian Kvernmo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Daustad could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Samsunspor throughout the match.
