With a little luck, Tornadele Siret's Corneliu Vârșan got control of the ball when Pedro Paulo Paes tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustin Iorda in the 9th minute of play forced October 04's goalkeeper Narciso Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 played minutes October 04 got a freekick which was hit by Wesley Teles. Robert Siadbei kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 16 minutes of play, October 04's Wilian Alcântara made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Corneliu Vârșan was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wesley Teles in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Corneliu Vârșan saved Tornadele Siret from getting behind. After some careless play in the October 04 defense, Eusebiu Davidescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Narciso Guimarães. The October 04 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narciso Guimarães should have stopped the shot. Călin Paulică hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Corneliu Vârșan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Egídio Senna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 28 minute of play. In the 36th minute, Doru Todea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Wesley Teles put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Corneliu Vârșan. The supporters of October 04 booed when Tornadele Siret was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iustin Iorda didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iustin Iorda made a kick off. Narciso Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iustin Iorda, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. When Egídio Senna came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the October 04 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egídio Senna couldn't finish the play. Narciso Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustin Iorda in the 61st minute of play. October 04's Narciso Guimarães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save October 04 from getting a goal against them. Narciso Guimarães made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Iustin Iorda sent off a good shot on target. 69 minutes into the game, Egídio Senna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
