Stergios Samartzis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FC Kiepurowo's Mariusz Kosakowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save FC Kiepurowo from getting a goal against them. Mariusz Kosakowski made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Vassilis Karataidis sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Kolopetinitsa getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Nasos Aggeliou hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Zdzislaw Kaczorowski notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Kolopetinitsa's Stergios Samartzis. Stergios Samartzis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 32 minutes into the game, Themis Vitalis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kolopetinitsa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Kiepurowo the free kick. After 36 minutes, Rafal Wejta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kiepurowo and the Kolopetinitsa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rafal Wejta hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dionysis Papageorgopoulos got free with Mariusz Kosakowski in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 44th minute Kolopetinitsa were awarded a corner. Spyros Papazoglou went to the cornerflag to take it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zdzislaw Kaczorowski was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Markos Melisofagos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariusz Kosakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dionysis Papageorgopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Mariusz Kosakowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kolopetinitsa were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after FC Kiepurowo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Spyros Papazoglou took the corner. Markos Melisofagos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariusz Kosakowski having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, FC Kiepurowo's goal looked a bit too open when Markos Melisofagos came free, but Mariusz Kosakowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Fabian Zawacki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Kiepurowo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kolopetinitsa the free kick. The supporters of Kolopetinitsa booed when FC Kiepurowo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Zawacki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dionysis Papageorgopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariusz Kosakowski having to interfere. FC Kiepurowo succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Kolopetinitsa had controlled the match.
