Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mehmet Efe Vefik to make the kick off. Şemsettin Tanaltay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Panos Ntountas in the 81st minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Soulis Partalis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Şemsettin Tanaltay. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panos Ntountas in the 96th minute of play forced Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalkeeper Şemsettin Tanaltay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
