In the 15th minute of the match Goianésia E.C got a corner. Wisła Kraków's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Diego Almeida ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Diego Almeida got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Walery Jaruzelski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mark Faiko was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 17th minute. Goianésia E.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 17 minutes into the match, Mark Faiko dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Walery Jaruzelski, 2-0. Hortêncio Senna made in the 20th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Attila Kertész however managed to control. In the 21st minute, Goianésia E.C's Mark Faiko ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Walery Jaruzelski. Walery Jaruzelski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Mark Faiko took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Walery Jaruzelski to make any attempt to save it. Wisła Kraków's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gabi Gol 31 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 5-0. With a little luck, Wisła Kraków's Walery Jaruzelski got control of the ball when Gabi Gol tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Mark Faiko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walery Jaruzelski was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Wisła Kraków's Szczepan Ochabski got a free kick in the 44th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tadeusz Skorny to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mark Faiko in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walery Jaruzelski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 55 minutes into the game, Attila Kertész cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Walery Jaruzelski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Mark Faiko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Wisła Kraków's Szczepan Ochabski got a free kick in the 60th minute. After having played for 61 minutes, Gabi Gol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goianésia E.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabi Gol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 9-0 became the score in the 63rd minute when Mark Faiko elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 66thth minute of the game Mark Faiko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wisła Kraków's Walery Jaruzelski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leszek Moryl kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Diego Almeida took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Walery Jaruzelski. Wisła Kraków's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mark Faiko took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walery Jaruzelski. Walery Jaruzelski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. After some careless play in the Wisła Kraków defense, Gabi Gol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walery Jaruzelski. The Wisła Kraków fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walery Jaruzelski should have stopped the shot. In the 78thth minute of the game Mark Faiko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wisła Kraków's Walery Jaruzelski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Walery Jaruzelski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Faiko in the 81st minute of play. Walery Jaruzelski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Faiko, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Attila Kertész received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Walery Jaruzelski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Wisła Kraków's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Faiko came free, but Walery Jaruzelski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 95 minutes of play, Goianésia E.C's Gabi Gol made it 14-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Walery Jaruzelski was left in no man's land by his defense there!
