Ciro Del Vecchio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Villa Gordiani's Attilio Verdone got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 16thth minute of the game Vilhelm Mårtensson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Gordiani's Ciro Del Vecchio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Ciro Del Vecchio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 24 minutes of play, ViHörs's Johannes Lägdin made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciro Del Vecchio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vilhelm Bengtsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Del Vecchio having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Emanuel Gustafsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciro Del Vecchio. Villa Gordiani's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Gustafsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The supporters of Villa Gordiani booed when ViHörs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilhelm Bengtsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 played minutes ViHörs got a freekick which was hit by Vilhelm Bengtsson. In a very dangerous position, a player in Villa Gordiani fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Villa Gordiani's zone, Johannes Lägdin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Del Vecchio came out of the goal and Johannes Lägdin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th match minute, Villa Gordiani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amedeo Scarpa to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Gustafsson in the 57th minute of play forced Villa Gordiani's goalkeeper Ciro Del Vecchio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Del Vecchio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johannes Lägdin, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. ViHörs's Börge Isaksson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save ViHörs from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the match, Villa Gordiani's goal looked a bit too open when Vilhelm Mårtensson came free, but Ciro Del Vecchio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ViHörs fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when ViHörs's Vilhelm Mårtensson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Villa Gordiani's zone, Vilhelm Mårtensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Del Vecchio came out of the goal and Vilhelm Mårtensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciro Del Vecchio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Gustafsson in the 73rd minute of play. Johannes Lägdin struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Ciro Del Vecchio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ViHörs. Vilhelm Mårtensson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciro Del Vecchio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Ciro Del Vecchio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilhelm Mårtensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vilhelm Mårtensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Del Vecchio having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, Villa Gordiani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferruccio Prandini to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that ViHörs were the better team. ViHörs's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
