In the 3rd minute of the match Biagio Stellato sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cemil Torgay skillfully saved the ball. Cemil Torgay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Bulla, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Cemil Torgay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fortunato Zola in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Los Valientes's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Bulla came free, but Cemil Torgay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dario Passerini kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 23 minutes, Mehmet Bedri Rüştü mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Valientes and the Rosenborg players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Los Valientes getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. In the 44th match minute, Los Valientes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Hamdi Satılmış to maneuver through the defense. After 47 minutes of play, Rosenborg's Fortunato Zola made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cemil Torgay was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The wind increased when Daniele Ramundo made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Rosenborg's Andrea Ronconi got a free kick in the 56th minute. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Daniele Ramundo took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Cemil Torgay to make any attempt to save it. Cemil Torgay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fortunato Zola in the 74th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Florian Bulla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cemil Torgay. Los Valientes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florian Bulla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. 79 minutes into the match, Los Valientes's goalkeeper Cemil Torgay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florian Bulla. 81 minutes into the match, Los Valientes's goal looked a bit too open when Fortunato Zola came free, but Cemil Torgay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florian Bulla got free with Cemil Torgay in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cemil Torgay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico Panino in the 87th minute of play. Cemil Torgay made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Giuseppe Furino sent off a good shot on target.
