Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) LA COSA NOSTRA's Timóteo Lage started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carlos Poças recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to LA COSA NOSTRA getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Gabi March hit a great ball. In the 9th minute of the match Erol Buminhan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Durval Lage showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Los Valientes's Cemil Torgay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timóteo Lage in the 12th minute of play. Cemil Torgay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso Portugal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rubim Malheiro fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LA COSA NOSTRA's protests and gave Rubim Malheiro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute Carlos Poças shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cemil Torgay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Timóteo Lage sped through Los Valientes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cemil Torgay. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Şerafettin Ilgın managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Valientes's supporters rose to their feet, but Şerafettin Ilgın was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Durval Lage breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Los Valientes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. LA COSA NOSTRA were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Şerafettin Ilgın to make the kick off. Orhun Bozoğluer got a throw-in 58 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Erdinç İkbal. 64 minutes into the match, Los Valientes's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso Portugal came free, but Cemil Torgay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Los Valientes's Mehmet Bedri Rüştü seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mehmet Bedri Rüştü the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Los Valientes protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mehmet Bedri Rüştü had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Los Valientes getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Mehmet Bedri Rüştü hit a great ball.
