After a rather tough play, corsaire nantais's Salomon Bordet got a free kick in the 5th minute. Guaberto Henric could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Melvin Passemard made a huge save. Emanuel Bakar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romuald Combret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 minutes of play, corsaire nantais's Francis Brot made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emanuel Bakar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Melvin Passemard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Henric, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melvin Passemard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Henric in the 16th minute of the match. Emanuel Bakar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salomon Bordet in the 18th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Unidad de Matanza's zone, Salomon Bordet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Bakar came out of the goal and Salomon Bordet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emanuel Bakar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mickaël Monceau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's goal looked a bit too open when Salomon Bordet came free, but Emanuel Bakar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Terry Grangeon charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Terry Grangeon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Terry Grangeon hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salomon Bordet in the 45th minute of play forced Unidad de Matanza's goalkeeper Emanuel Bakar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brian Seguela to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Elvio Urtungo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and corsaire nantais's Melvin Passemard didn't even have to move. The supporters of Unidad de Matanza booed when corsaire nantais was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mickaël Monceau didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th match minute, Unidad de Matanza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zafir Peto to maneuver through the defense. Melvin Passemard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Henric, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 70th minute of the match Terry Grangeon completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Terry Grangeon a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Terry Grangeon kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Elvio Urtungo struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Melvin Passemard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unidad de Matanza. Romuald Combret recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brian Seguela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Emanuel Bakar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Lucado in the 84th minute of play forced corsaire nantais's goalkeeper Melvin Passemard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francis Brot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The corsaire nantais players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
