Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Reynaldo Rios took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Astor Resto fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Unidad de Matanza's protests and gave Astor Resto a yellow card for diving instead. Astor Resto kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Reynaldo Rios scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lauro Secco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Papunhas EC's Lauro Secco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Rios in the 11th minute of play. In the 16th minute Artur do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Raymond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 played minutes Unidad de Matanza got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Henric. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Rios in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lauro Secco saved Papunhas EC from getting behind. Nestor Rodrigues hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reynaldo Rios in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lauro Secco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Papunhas EC's Lauro Secco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Rios in the 34th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Rios in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lauro Secco saved Papunhas EC from getting behind. After having played for 37 minutes, Reynaldo Rios managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unidad de Matanza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reynaldo Rios was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Candido Gaueko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauro Secco having to interfere. Lauro Secco came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Unidad de Matanza's Candido Gaueko. But to his dismay, Candido Gaueko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Lauro Secco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Henric in the 46th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Rios in the 48th minute of play forced Papunhas EC's goalkeeper Lauro Secco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Guaberto Henric received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Lauro Secco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lauro Secco made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Astor Resto sent off a good shot on target. João Paulo Ribeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Paulo Ribeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 60 played minutes Papunhas EC got a freekick which was hit by João Paulo Ribeiro. Papunhas EC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Guaberto Henric scored to the left of an out of position Lauro Secco, making the score, 0-4. Papunhas EC's Lauro Secco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Papunhas EC from getting a goal against them. Christian Amaya hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 71 played minutes Papunhas EC got a freekick which was hit by Fernandão Meirelles. 80 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Rios cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Lauro Secco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd match minute, Papunhas EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. Elvio Urtungo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lauro Secco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Gaueko in the 86th minute of play forced Papunhas EC's goalkeeper Lauro Secco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lauro Secco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Gaueko in the 92nd minute of play. David Furtado hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Unidad de Matanza left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Papunhas EC.
