The crowd rose to their feet as FORTALEZA's Nikita Omarov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 严益竞. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Vasily Stahanovich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 13 played minutes Vitaly Skalazub rounded 大汉•钓鱼岛's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Nikita Omarov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but 严益竞 made a huge save. 陈寒振 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Per-Olof Kihlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 严益竞 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikita Omarov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Vitaly Skalazub had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vasily Stahanovich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 严益竞 having to interfere. After a rather tough play, 大汉•钓鱼岛's 孙凌勇 got a free kick in the 28th minute. Per-Olof Kihlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 高源骋, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 陈寒振's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Per-Olof Kihlberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, 高源骋 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 大汉•钓鱼岛's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FORTALEZA the free kick. In the 39th minute, 高源骋 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vasily Stahanovich might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 严益竞. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vasily Stahanovich ran back to his position shaking his head. 严益竞 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitaly Skalazub in the 43rd minute of the match. Vitaly Skalazub recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when 陈寒振 made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute 陈寒振 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Olof Kihlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 严益竞 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitaly Skalazub in the 53rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Vitaly Skalazub managed to get in a good position for a shot. FORTALEZA's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitaly Skalazub was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 严益竞 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute, Vasily Stahanovich ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 严益竞 was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. If Nikita Omarov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute Nikita Omarov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 严益竞 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
