The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Cascade Park West's Tad Thurston got a free kick in the 9th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claude Walters in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jack Lindgren saved Köping from getting behind. Tommie Ragsdale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Davis Gauthier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jack Lindgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute of the match, Adrian Brander tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Charles Knapp saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Trevor Schumacher kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Charles Knapp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alex Lidström. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alex Lidström made a kick off. Adrian Brander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Fredrik Abelsson fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Cascade Park West's Charles Knapp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Lidström in the 70th minute of play. Claude Walters's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Jack Lindgren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. There was no doubt that Köping were the better team. Köping's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
