When Elliott Bredberg came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Köping fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elliott Bredberg couldn't finish the play. In the 29th minute, Adrian Brander made a precise shot to the right of Horacio Heriberto. Los Delfines's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. In the 32nd minute, Köping's Adrian Brander ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Horacio Heriberto. Horacio Heriberto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Köping's Adrian Brander slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Horacio Heriberto. That made the score 4-2 after 37 minutes of play. Horacio Heriberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Brander in the 43rd minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Charles Darwin made a kick off. Alejandro Illan charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alejandro Illan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Los Delfines getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jens Berggren in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Heriberto prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
