In the 17th minute Lubomír Hruška shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petter Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Lubomír Hruška hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corrado Polito in the 22nd minute of play forced Malmö White Knights's goalkeeper Petter Fransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Malmö White Knights's Petter Fransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lubomír Hruška in the 24th minute of play. Petter Fransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lubomír Hruška, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of PomeziaRamblers booed when Malmö White Knights was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Gummeson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lubomír Hruška was the one to do the kick off. Lucas Gummeson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Flavio Pan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, PomeziaRamblers's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Hedlund came free, but Flavio Pan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petter Fransson made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Corrado Polito sent off a good shot on target. With 64 minutes on the clock, Flavio Orsini commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PomeziaRamblers! In the 65th minute there was a penalty for Malmö White Knights. Staffan Wallin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Flavio Pan. 1-1. Carter Cruciani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petter Fransson having to interfere. Johan Hedlund struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Flavio Pan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malmö White Knights. With a little luck, Malmö White Knights's Petter Fransson got control of the ball when Flavio Paris tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rutger Delin charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rutger Delin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Malmö White Knights fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petter Fransson should have stopped the shot. Petter Fransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carter Cruciani in the 95th minute of the match. In the 97th minute of the match PomeziaRamblers got a corner. Malmö White Knights's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Flavio Paris ran over to the corner to take the kick. Flavio Paris made a great header on PomeziaRamblers's corner, it was just that Malmö White Knights's Petter Fransson managed to reach the ball for a save.
