Osmar de Moraes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Cezary Zukowski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Goiás Esporte Clube were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Kurdwanów FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edgard Cabral took the corner. The corner ended in Edgard Cabral almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kurdwanów FC's Cezary Zukowski did a great save. Zdzislaw Pusiak kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Goiás Esporte Clube's Benigno Ixona got a free kick in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Edgard Cabral dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cezary Zukowski, 1-0. In the 16thth minute of the game Edgard Cabral who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kurdwanów FC's Cezary Zukowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Kurdwanów FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Cabral came free, but Cezary Zukowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgard Cabral in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cezary Zukowski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Goiás Esporte Clube's Eliézer Barros quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Witomir Kaszubowski, made in the 26th minute of the game. Lucjan Lewicki kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Cabral in the 29th minute of play forced Kurdwanów FC's goalkeeper Cezary Zukowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Edgard Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgard Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edgard Cabral in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Cezary Zukowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Osmar de Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Cabral in the 54th minute of play forced Kurdwanów FC's goalkeeper Cezary Zukowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Goiás Esporte Clube fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Goiás Esporte Clube's Edgard Cabral looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The corner led to Goiás Esporte Clube's Valdir Neves getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Osmar de Moraes took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cezary Zukowski. Cezary Zukowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Christian Carioca kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osmar de Moraes in the 75th minute of play forced Kurdwanów FC's goalkeeper Cezary Zukowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cezary Zukowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the game, Lucjan Lewicki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kurdwanów FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Goiás Esporte Clube the free kick. After 80 played minutes Kurdwanów FC got a freekick which was hit by Lucjan Lewicki. In the 82nd minute of the match Goiás Esporte Clube got a corner. Kurdwanów FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edgard Cabral ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Edgard Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Edgard Cabral's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cezary Zukowski was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Edgard Cabral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Cezary Zukowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Goiás Esporte Clube fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Goiás Esporte Clube's Edgard Cabral looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 95 minutes, Edgard Cabral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goiás Esporte Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgard Cabral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Goiás Esporte Clube fully deserved thier win.
