The Vascogoianiense FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Corrêa should have stopped the shot. With his leg Bernardo Corrêa managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Undertakers FC's Jens-Erik Stephansson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Altino Lameirinhas kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 11thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Vascogoianiense FC's keeper Bernardo Corrêa was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vascogoianiense FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jerry Classon was slow to take the kick. During this time Undertakers FC's players had a chance to rest. Bendt Birkemarks short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Bernardo Corrêa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jens-Erik Stephansson might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernardo Corrêa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jens-Erik Stephansson ran back to his position shaking his head. 15 minutes into the match, Undertakers FC's Jens-Erik Stephansson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Corrêa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vascogoianiense FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jerry Classon was slow to take the kick. During this time Undertakers FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Undertakers FC's corner Jerry Classon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bernardo Corrêa quite easily take care of the ball. Dida Baiano kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Bernardo Corrêa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Altino Lameirinhas's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 19th minute, Sílvio Luiz Brasil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Undertakers FC's Cesaro Prieto managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Diogo Zonta in the 21 minute of the game. Undertakers FC's Jens-Erik Stephansson got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vascogoianiense FC's Bernardo Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Altino Lameirinhas in the 26th minute of play. But to his dismay, Jerry Classon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jens-Erik Stephansson got free with Bernardo Corrêa in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Vascogoianiense FC's Bernardo Corrêa got control of the ball when Altino Lameirinhas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute Altino Lameirinhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Undertakers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Jordy to maneuver through the defense. With 43 minutes on the clock, Aras Görkem Tokuzer commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 43rd minute, one of Undertakers FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Undertakers FC. Undertakers FC:s Ace Mace showed great skill when he stopped Carlos Eduardo Sergipano:s penalty. Bernardo Corrêa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jerry Classon went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
The wind increased when Hélder Trigo made the kick off in the second half. Altino Lameirinhas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Bernardo Corrêa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Vascogoianiense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Altino Lameirinhas came free, but Bernardo Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Altino Lameirinhas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Diogo Zonta fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vascogoianiense FC's protests and gave Diogo Zonta a yellow card for diving instead. After 61 played minutes Vascogoianiense FC got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Zonta. Bernardo Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Classon, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After 66 minutes of play, Undertakers FC's Jerry Classon made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardo Corrêa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Matheus Paraíba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Ace Mace made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Algren in the 79th minute of play forced Vascogoianiense FC's goalkeeper Bernardo Corrêa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Undertakers FC's Altino Lameirinhas in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vascogoianiense FC's goalie prevented a goal. Altino Lameirinhas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Corrêa having to interfere. Altino Lameirinhas might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernardo Corrêa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Altino Lameirinhas ran back to his position shaking his head. 92 minutes into the match, Altino Lameirinhas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardo Corrêa. Vascogoianiense FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Altino Lameirinhas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Bernardo Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Altino Lameirinhas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th match minute, Undertakers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Jordy to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Undertakers FC had won after a very even match.
