The supporters of FC Kopeto booed when Desportiva Paulo Afonso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elivélton Maia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ronaldo Quintal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivo Vošický, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 27th match minute, FC Kopeto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivo Vošický to maneuver through the defense. If Francisco Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Ivo Vošický notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Desportiva Paulo Afonso's Ronaldo Quintal. Ronaldo Quintal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

FC Kopeto's Miroslav Kocman was substituted for František Žiga. FC Kopeto made a substitution. Liboslav Calta replaced Hanuš Holan.
