The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kajetan Turak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalton Block, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. When Jerzy Kilarski fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Twierdza Wroclaw's protests and gave Jerzy Kilarski a yellow card for diving instead. If Dalton Block had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Corder Kiel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kajetan Turak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Alexander Quinnell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB from getting a goal against them. Kajetan Turak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corder Kiel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Corder Kiel in the 18th minute. A collision led to AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Aaron Aylwin hit a great ball. Kajetan Turak came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Corder Kiel. But to his dismay, Corder Kiel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Corder Kiel struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Kajetan Turak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB. Kajetan Turak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corder Kiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Corder Kiel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Herbert Barycz hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Twierdza Wroclaw's goalkeeper Kajetan Turak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kajetan Turak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corder Kiel in the 38th minute of the match. During the 38th minute of the match Aron Serena completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Aron Serena a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Aron Serena hit a great ball. Stanislaw Smolak took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alexander Quinnell. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 46th minute, Carson Coleman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The supporters of AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB booed when Twierdza Wroclaw was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Barycz didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kryspin Cytrynski in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexander Quinnell saved AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB from getting behind. After 56 minutes, Carson Coleman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB and the Twierdza Wroclaw players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Twierdza Wroclaw booed when AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carson Coleman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Tolek Bartocha came free, but Alexander Quinnell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 minutes of play, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Dalton Block made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kajetan Turak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kryspin Cytrynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Quinnell having to interfere. After a rather tough play, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Dalton Block got a free kick in the 72nd minute. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Alexander Quinnell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kryspin Cytrynski in the 73rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dalton Block got free with Kajetan Turak in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Twierdza Wroclaw's Kajetan Turak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Twierdza Wroclaw from getting a goal against them. Corder Kiel came free with the goalkeeper in the 83rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kajetan Turak could save by the left post. Gregg Beer came free in the 87th minute and tried to tip the ball over Kajetan Turak, but to the joy of Twierdza Wroclaw's supporters the ball went over. With a little luck, Twierdza Wroclaw's Kajetan Turak got control of the ball when Gregg Beer tried to sneak it across the goal line. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
