The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Juventus PTM's Virgil Lixandru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Juventus PTM from getting a goal against them. In the 5th minute Adrian Hosu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugeniusz Charlos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugeniusz Charlos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernest Comănescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The tension between the Juventus PTM and the WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee showed Andrea Gabor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacek Polkoski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantin Mihu in the 53rd minute of play forced WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Charlos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Juventus PTM's Ernest Comănescu fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. A collision led to WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Ziemowit Tomiczek hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miromir Poniewaz during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th minute, Miromir Poniewaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugeniusz Charlos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantin Mihu in the 77th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Ernest Comănescu made a precise shot to the right of Eugeniusz Charlos. WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. A collision led to Juventus PTM getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Dacian Muncelean hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Juventus PTM had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
